1 Introduction

We want to help you to place your websites successful and enduring in the search engines. The establishing of a website is in most cases only the smallest problem. There are many factors which you have to take account of, so the search engines can find your website easily.

It is now not as easy as a couple of years ago - here some good metatags were enough to guarantee a good placing. Nowadays most of the search engines don't take metatags into account or only use them only on a limited scale. Modern search engines browse the whole website and absorb on this way many informations and on their basis the relevance of the site will be calculated using elaborate algorithms.

In this context it is very important to pay attention to the particular restrictions of the search engines.

On the socalled "search engine spamming", which means the placing of sites on thematic not at all suiting terms, the operating companys are reacting very sensitive - the consequences can reach from a downgrading of the site in the ranking, up to an enduring elimination of the search results. It is therefore to keep in mind, that "clean" search engine optimising is adapted. .

2 Why search engine optimsising/ranking is so important

About 80% of the useres get to sites using search engines.

In a survey about 100,000 users were asked. Multiple entries were possible, so the magnitude can get over 100%. Front-runners were here very clearly the search engines, portals and web indices.

About 80% of all the interrviewed internet users use these sources to find new websites.

You can also see in the survey that with an increasing level of experience in the internet the usage of search engines and catalogues is rising. Here 61% of the internet novices use search engines to reach their goal, and more than 80% of the well-expierenced users use search engines.

Another conclusion: While experienced users focus more on editiorial content, internet  novices inspire themselves by television, radio and video-text.

A good position in search engines is one of the most important factors to have success in the internet.

3 Our strategy

It is your goal to increase the qualified client requests via the internet notably and to increase the degree of popularity of your business. We can support you with this by making sure that your are found well directed and better with search engines.

It is our goal to help your business in the relevant search positions (TOP30) using the requested search terms.

3.1 Step 1: We find the right search terms

Starting from your know-how about words that websurfers type in search engines to find websites, we start the optimising. One possibility to find out the relevant search terms is e.g. asking (potential) clients what they would look for. Also the questioning of assistants, friends or a brainstorming could be helpful here.

At this point it is important that your website has good placings for search terms in search engines and search term-combinations, which are popular and deal with the content of your website.

We will help you to generate a list of search terms, which websurfers look for in search engines.

3.2 Step 2: We optimise your sites

Only optimised sites can get high-placed search engine placings.

Webseite optimising includes two steps:

  • We optimise your websites for your important search terms.
  • We ensure that the HTML-code of your websites is free from defects.

A registration of your website in search engines is senseless, when your website isn't optimised for search engines. Your website will then be placed on postition 15.253 or the search engines won't even show the site.

Most search engines show the first 10 results on the first page and only a few websurfers will take a look on the second page.

On this account it is very important for the success of your website-promition-campaign to optimise your websites. For this we need administrator FTP-access to your sites.

We use different tools for optimising your website. The checking of the HTML-code ensures that search engines can also work with your websites.

3.3 Step 3: We register your site

ESIT.org is using a high-performance logon-tool with which your website will be registered in search engines, pages of special interest and internet-indices.

In contrast to conventional logon-tools our logon-tool is acting like a real person. It goes to the registration site, types in all the neccessary data. waits for a moment and (if possible) then clicks the "send"-button.

Our registry is more effective because it works like the manual operated registry done by a real live person. A registry of your website in search engines will bring more visitors to your website and increase the link-popularity of your website. Reports will keep you informed referring to this.

We will register your sites successfully.

Please note, that search engines need some time to index a website. Most search engines won't give you an immediate result. Normally your website will be idexed in 4 to 12 weeks and therefore looped up to the index.

3.4 Step 4: We increase the link-popularity of your website

Link-popularity has become a very important factor for high search engine placings. In general link-popularity is the amount of websites which refer to your website.

The more other websites refer to your website, the higher the search engine placing will be. The idea behind this concept is that search engines think your website has to be important when many other sites refer to you.

Of course the amount of links alone is not enough to improve your search engine placings. It is as well important that the other websites are thematically linked to your website. Links from websites which aren't thematically linked to your website will be of no use for your website. If the links to your website contain your important search terms, the effect on your search engine optimising will be a lot bigger.

When the link to your website contains your search term, search engines will assume that your website has to be relevant for this search term.

A high link-popularity doesn't consequently lead to high search engine placings. Of course also the content of your website has to be optimised for search engines. It doesn't make sense to have a lot of incoming links, when your website doesn't have a lot of content. When search engines discover that the links to your website match the content of your websites, then you will get high search engine placings for the topic of your website.

We will increase your link-popularity successfully.

3.5 Step 5: We check the placing of your website

With the help of our special placing-reviewer it is possible to monitor the placing of your website for the search terms defined by you. In the last step we present you the results of the placing-review and deliver them to you as PDF-document.

We will check the placing of your website continously.
