Our Support-philosophy
To provide an equally high level of safety and therefore an enduring protection the security solution has to be controlled, tended and adjusted.
For this we provide you different options of maintenance: for example maintenance-level-1 with 4 hours of reaction time, daily control of the functionality as well as support and remote-administration.
It goes without saying that we also support individual infrastructures.
